It’s a bit of apples to oranges, but as a single person living in a 1BR apt, I end up averaging about $50/mo for PG&E. I don’t tend to be super energy conscious, but I think having a building with a boiler means I’m not paying for hot water heating costs, which might be why my usage is so low.
