Closing today on my first place.
Closing today on my first place.
Closing today on a 5bd 3ba in Southern California. It was a wild rollercoaster emotionally (sure there will be more). I think I did good on the rate and didn’t have to buy any points.
This included a 75k (10%) down payment.
Question for those people smarter than me. My lender provides fire, wind, earthquake, and flood insurance that I need to use (very reasonably priced at 200$ a month). Do I just need to get liability and personal property insurance now?
Thank you for all the advice in the group, others don’t get discouraged it is rough out there. I looked at over 60 homes and put in 12 offers before this got accepted.
