I have sold 2 houses through Houzeo in the past 18 Mos. Sure, it took a little effort on my part and there were minor hitches along the way. However the support from Houzeo was great. I saved 22k directly into my pocket. For that I will deal with a frw c small problems. I paid buyer's agents 2.5 per cent per sale. The most recent sale resulted in net $460 k to me for a $480k final price. $7,500 went to the State of WA for tax one cannot avoid. I will use Houzeo again.
