Northern California (wildfire insurance)

Northern California (wildfire insurance) Have learned quite a lot here over the past few weeks; now have a question to post. We live in western Washington, want to stay here, cost prohibitive to buy a house with 10 acres. Looking at northern California, see many affordable to us homes with property Butte, Shasta, Siskiyou counties. Have not made any offers because of the costs / availability of wildfire insurance. Is getting wildfire insurance as difficult and expensive as what is reported? Anyone with current knowledge? Thank you.
