Ah. Thank you. I carry EQ insurance because I'm most concerned about a fire. My regular policy won't cover a fire that starts in my house due to the earthquake. It will cover a fire that spreads from another home started due to the quake, but not one that starts here. Seems to me that a policy that only covers possessions in an EQ might be inexpensive- and protect you from fire damage (my policy covers the structure in an eq, so it ain't cheap).
