California is not perfect but prop 103 is the model for how to have privately operated essential services and nobody should want to change it. The issue we are having is not systemic, it’s the people who are trying to circumvent the system for personal gain. We need to reboot on how prop 103 works and double down on the companies that are trying to fail so badly that deregulation might be the solution.
