Presuming all those currently with a law firm are being advised to "stay the course" (to sue via the mass tort case), right? Since law firms cant guarantee us xxxx dollars, everyone needs to do their homework. If a firm can get you 25% more, isnt that 25% negated by the firm's fee? -are law firms suing SCE for their fee? OR, taking that fee from our individual award? -if the latter, Id hope we can get at least 50% more than SCE's offer.
