Luckily my partner can do most maintenance including exterior painting, and it doesn’t snow here. We have a short term rental already, a tiny home on our other property, but the current tenants at this place are taking good care of their units and I wouldn’t want to evict them even if I could - they’re just paying way below fair market rate here so I’d need to increase incrementally to keep up with costs.
