Call a reputable dry out company.  Servpro and ServiceMaster are the McDonald’s and Burger King of the industry.  Doesn’t mean you get gastro pub quality but you know you are getting Big Mac standardizing  Show them the adjusters estimate and ask them to see if they “find” any moisture with their meters or infra red.   They have the tools to figure out if there is still moisture present  Call your adjuster and ask if they have a program for a contractor referral.   You don’t have to use them but good way to interview a contractor for the work.   If there is supplemental damage - get the water dry out co to give you estimate and present to your insurance company
