Yes, but the point is the upcoming increases, some of it is likely to be temporary fees. Also, some people should start getting relief from being forced onto the FAIR Plan with new requirements for insurers admitted in the state needing to have some of their business in high wildfire danger areas. Rates on those plans will be high too, but possibly lower than the FAIR Plan.
