I'm a personal injury attorney. Agree with this. State Farm IMO is the absolute worst insurance company out there. Followed up by Liberty Mutual/SafeCo and USAA. And don't come at me with "they helped me this one time," this is literally what I do. I've had the errant good experience with them too, but overwhelmingly bad. Also, Acuity is a great option as well.
