Honestly, they do not spend too much on sports (For contracts). I just picked expensive programs there was no high expense sports. I am just pointing out extra musical/arts program accoutrements. I am specifically talking about contracts. EDIT: I cannot find the best information about police budget. I think I would have to physically go to the City. But the Police Budget would be insane. Not too mention the sheer amount of lawsuits. The SR police department is a joke.
