Just cap overtime for Firefighters/ Police. And refuse to pay unless emergency. Police OT is insane. Public theft. How does someone earn 200k + in overtime for 5 years straight? Firefighters are also guilty why are they on a 24 hour schedule? No actual quantifiable reason. 12 hour shifts are safer and cheaper. Heck love for them to be on a 40 hour schedule with rare OT.
