Uh, yeah. Makes perfect sense to me. Basically, “if you live in an area that is prone to fucked up shit, and your elected government thinks that this fucked up shit doesn’t matter, that fucked up shit is on you, not us.” Send your complaints to the people that decided your fucked up shit doesnt matter to them. It’s not your insurance, it is your local government.
