We are sticking with litigation as well. Since our house wasn't destroyed, it's important for us to get money for the emotional distress, loss of work, and loss of quality of life. Waking up everyday to look upon burned out lots, to have most of our friends gone, businesses gone, big trucks speeding up and down our street now for an unforeseeable future - yeah, that has seriously impacted our life negatively and SCE won't pay out for that in their plan.
