Nothing happens. I got mine 2 years ago, and they sent 3 notices. Then nothing. Got my license renewed a couple months ago, bought a new car, registered it, and got specialty plates... ignore it. They don't send you to collections either. Further edit. My roommate got the SAME thing. Ignored it, sent three notices and nothing happened. paid for registration for his car 2 months ago. yeah man... I believe they're not enforceable in the state.
