I have had to hit Home Depot near the Toll a few times to grab construction materials and at 2PM the Toll rd was completely jammed for miles going UP the hill as people jockeyed around each other going east on the 91. 20-30 min delays to do a few miles as the ones that won’t wait in line jammed up the left hand lanes heading west on the 91.
