They never got an estimate, but the mortgage was only 160k here a rebuild is looking about 450k (including demo and such) no we weren’t, they indicated originally that ment we were renters and would not get any lthing for our losses of personal property.. housing etc. as hard as that may be to swallow I understood that my MIL got the policy she was told to get when our roof was replaced and if their was a miscommunication then we lose the personal property part but the rebuild is definitely in the policy
