Glad u had a better experience w AAA than I did. 2 years ago - got a huge increase from Farmers - decided to change insurance companies. Got quote & preliminary approval from AAA after virtual inspection- two weeks before my other ( Farmers ) policy expires. Also got new quake insurance with them. I paid both policies in full for the year. I wait for new AAA policy in the mail - I call as my other policy is about to expire. The rep is unable to find my policy - a day later I get a cancellation notice in the mail from AAA -the underwriters didn’t like a laundry list of items. Including the location of my home - trees - etc. It took weeks to get a refund of the AAA policy they sold me & canceled-( was only entitled to all of it because I still had my Farmers policy and was technically double insured.) They tried to only refund a portion of the policy . It was a total hassle that took many calls to get straight. Will never trust AAA again .
