Thanks for the advice. I will call the attorney this morning. Fortunately we have a really great law firm here. I went back and looked at the statements…. I took care of the request in June, of course and they confirm they have the paperwork and my insurance agent is a witness and is willing to provide her account notes. They put a charge for 480 for the month of April on Aug 1. No communication from them that they had an issue still. But….. then they charged almost $4k for hazard insurance for the entire year on Oct 1. Bizarre. I have provided the paperwork multiple times. And they admit they have it. And I know they can fix the account while I’m on the phone, so this ‘takes 2 weeks to fix’ is utter BS. They don’t want to fix it. They don’t like my 2% loan and want my home’s equity.
