How is my statement ignorant? Home insurance in general is a real problem in California. When thousands of homes (and families) are “uninsurable” due to natural disasters then what other options do we have as a community? What affects me, affects you and likewise. I rented and saved for over twenty years to buy my first home and chose the Oakland hills because it was more affordable, comparatively for what I got anyway. Your comment just seems kinda shitty and rude IMO.
