You've netted $4 mil, and have \~$2.5 million to show for it. I'm assuming 30% in taxes, vehicle depreciation accounts for some of it, but I'm still seeing an annual spend in the $2-300k range. Is this accurate? If so, I would be concerned that cutting back to \~$50k would be challenging.
Or you could have lost that in the market and crypto investments? Totally reasonable, given the time frame. Still impressive, just think you should do a trial year before committing.
