"Misinterpreting" is an interesting way to say "very confident with your ignorance"
"Just looking out" doesn't help when you nothing YOU are saying is factual or informed. Do the bare minimum of research before you make claims you can't back up, and if you have no clue what you're talking about maybe don't say anything at all?
The crux of your argument was how unalarmed my reply was when OP gave zero details other than the price increase, hence why my first thought was his escrow just increased how much they were taking for insurance (without necessarily a 1:1 increase in cost) since mortgage companies are notoriously bad at managing property tax/insurance payments.
