The owner, Doug makes daily visits to drop off random vehicles/equipment mow 10% of lawn and and chat with the tenants. I think they may be related or he may know them, we have exchanged some words and were no longer on friendly terms, all the neighbors around us aren't happy with him. I think code enforcement is a good call, I just don't know what warrants reporting them, I can't risk crying wolf, I needs to be the right thing and stick. I find it hard to believe you can permanently live in a 5th wheel 2 feet from a shed, thats 10 feet from a house where you can see in the attic from the street. Edit: Its at least 5 people between the two units, and 3-4 visiting at any one time.
