You seem to get upset when you dont like the answers... but people who handle claims and who give you insight on why its denied may know more than you.....? You also seem to have speculation on the relationships of the carrier and the vendor, and dont quite seem to realize just how strict insurance regulations are. Sorry you dont like or agree with the answers but no one here answering you makes money or gets bonuses by giving you the answer you dont agree with....
