\- you have just THREE CHOICES: you get a new roof, sell the house or find a new HOI provider...since you are in the high risk pool, you really have no choices but to sell or put a new roof on. HOI industry is capitalism and no one can force them to offer you a policy or keep you as a customer. \- they can CANCEL or not renew your insurance.....so really have no choice in the matter
