If it’s a new build, it’s pretty likely that the address isn’t mapped out for fireline scores. If this is the case a lot of insurance applications will automatically produce a decline. It could show up as wildfire risk (this is likely if the zip code has a high wildfire risk inside of it), or “protection class 10” decline which is common if the company can’t map out the responding fire department based on the address that doesn’t show up in their system.
