Home Insurance quotes are over $6,000 for some California single family homes

Home Insurance quotes are over $6,000 for some California single family homes I’m getting insurance quotes for standard HO3 homeowners policies totaling over $6000. This is obviously because they are in a high risk fire area with a 9 out of 10 score on the risk report, but I also heard that many of these insurance quotes are from unrated providers. The truly rated providers won’t insure the house at all and you have to get the California FAIR plan with a DIC plan.
