Haha Tubbs Club is killing me! Glad to hear you all are almost in the clear! My parents are stubborn and decided to take on the rebuild themselves, so it's been slow-moving but they have a hopeful move-in date right around the 3-yr anni. Not sure how long you've lived in the area, but if you ever remember seeing lots of little toys and knickknacks on that giant retainer wall on Cross Creek right before you hit Mark West (around 7 years ago)... That was my mom and I leaving treasures on our walks up to Thomas Lake Harris :)
