[Landlord US-CA] Landlord Home Insurance Policy + Wildfire Coverage Requirement

[Landlord US-CA] Landlord Home Insurance Policy + Wildfire Coverage Requirement I'm in somewhat of a niche predicament here. My house is located in an area that is considered a wildfire hazard zone. (Bay Area California) Because of this, I was told by insurance companies that a California Fair Plan Endorsement Policy is required, as well as the landlord policy. The issue I am hearing from one of the agents (farmers insurance) is that not many insurance companies bundle wildfire + landlord policies together. What would be the ideal situation for a home that is in a long term tenancy but also need landlord homeowner insurance policy asap? I am the property of the home, and also manage it FYI.
