The HOA master policy should cover the structure, you just need “studs in” coverage. Most replacement cost calculators aren’t great for condo rce so your agent should go through the “improvements” for your specific unit (flooring, counter tops, cabinets etc). That being said I’ve almost never seen a condo/townhome need more than $100 a sq foot. So you’re probably going over covered, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
