Going to pull the cord on updating my gas stove/oven with a new induction unit as soon as I have time to look at the wiring situation (my house is supposedly wired for an electric stove, but there's just a plate back there, not an outlet). Sure, I'll need to retire all of my old aluminum pans. So what. They suck anyhow.
