Well, best of luck to you. I’m a lawyer myself and it’s very hard to quantify pain and suffering. Also lawyers tell you what you want to hear in a lot of cases but since I have known my attorneys for a long time, they don’t sugarcoat stuff with me. Now, of course I think we all deserve massive amounts of money for pain and suffering. I’m just telling everybody to temper their expectations - that’s all. The bulk of your recovery will come from the loss of your dwelling and your personal property and your trees, etc.. Of course if there was a death or injury, that’s another matter.
