Why is no one on the original post and here commenting on the fact that she NEVER DISCUSSED this with the husband before getting the offer? I thought life decisions such as uprooting yourself and moving to a completely new country when you have kids is something you discuss long and hard about with your partner before executing it.
I’m shocked everyone is trying to call out the US political or financial climate instead of this dealbreaker at the very beginning. Also she’s ready to abandon the kids just like that? WTF?
