2 big insurers stopped underwriting new policies in CA recently because the insurance market is a mess. Fires in years before, super snow last Winter, then flooding, etc. I don’t see it letting up anytime soon. We could have a state-sponsored program, but then you get policies that suck like our earthquake ones do…
