@orpingtonsrag @DrAlmarielao You can adjust it. Unfortunately premiums in a SoCal fire zone are so high that adjustment is unaffordable. Also, it’s hard to get insurance, a lot of companies have moved out of California. I hold my breath each year when renewal is due that they don’t drop us.
