Wow, thank you so much for your personal and thoughtful reply. It's not necessary what I want to hear, but it's what I need to hear. This hits hard, because nearly everything you've listed as a challenge, are things that concern me. And this is with you being 30 minutes away, I'd be nearly 2 hours away and could only be there for a handful of days at a time. It sounds like I really need to perform my due diligence before I fully commit in terms of what needs to happen to maintain the property, how it will get done, does it need be me or can I hire it out, and if I hire it out, who specifically will I hire. And then of course knowing that some of those well laid plans will fall through. If you don't mind, can PM you if I have follow up questions? In the meantime, I do have one public question for you, do you regret your decision to buy this land, or even if it was too much in the end, was it worth it to make all that part of your life story?
