Car insurance denied fire claim. A Car caught fire at my job’s parking lot and my car got damaged. Their insurance denied my claim cause their insured “is not legally liable”. My insurance can cover the repairs but they’ll not fight to recover the money cause the amount is not worth it but also I don’t want this to affect my policy. Any suggestions? Location: Texas
