I believe it gets paid directly to us once we submit a signed construction contract, but I am not certain. We are going to comfortably exceed the 25% ERC on a square footage basis so I think our adjuster has basically just said don't worry about it you will get the money. As I understand from our adjuster, the key thing for ERC and code upgrades is the construction contract so the more detail you put in there as far as estimates for various materials and work the better. Also, good on your for opting for 50%. I wish I had, but then again I wish I had done a lot of things.
