They didn't lose it as in, 'oh we can't find it', they lost it as in they no longer have access to that info. The field adjuster who did your original inspection most likely only turned on the estimate to the desk adjuster. Normally, if there's a supplement or change needed, the request goes back to the original field adjuster to make changes to the original estimate, then that elrevised estimate goes to the desk adjuster for review/approval. Since that field adjuster is no longer available, unfortunately it needs to be reassigned and reinspected.
