California E&S Insurance

I already have an LLC and have had one for 20 years as a small business owner, though I’m new to landlording. I set up a separate LLC for buying property to protect my business assets. And yes, it is possible for an LLC to own another LLC, though I don’t believe it makes sense in this case.
