Insurance: Progressive sent a non-renewal notice HO6 Home Owners insurance

Insurance: Progressive sent a non-renewal notice HO6 Home Owners insurance Hi Folks, I purchased Townhouse in California few years back and since then I have been with ASI/Progressive for my HO6 Condo/Home owners insurance policy. It is required to have by my lender. This week Progressive sent me a notice saying that they cannot renew my insurance because they "did not receive documentation confirming your property meets our defensive space guideline" I was never asked for this documentation and I don't know what this documentation is and how to provide them. This is community of townhomes with \~80 townhomes which is recently built in last 5 years, so it is fairly new. I would like to continue with this insurance plan as I have gotten quotes from Geico and one other vendor which is 2x the amount I am paying to progressive. (currently I pay progressive 500 per year and Geico is asking for 1.1K+) I believe this is something to do with CA fires and having a fire hydrant nearby our home? Not sure. How can I request Progressive to continue my insurance? Thanks!
