Well, there’s about another 100k+ acres of vegetation directly north of the area that burned from the Airport fire. All 100k+ acres of that land is in the direct path of the Santa Ana winds that are all blowing westward into Orange County. So, it’s not any less threatening. In fact, it’s actually much more to be concerned about. If a wildfire breaks out up there, it will spread incredibly quickly and also be blown west into Orange County.
