Totally understandable. What I am (attempting) to do with this post is find a few reliable data points from owners so I can calibrate my expectations. E.g. there are a few posters saying they pay $4500-9000, and then this one at $19k. Which I hope is an outlier or misinformed haha! Nothing on here is verified of course, so I may have to drudge through the quoting process with a local agent on a few properties. I just hate to waste the agent's time if owners don't mind posting their CA FAIR renewal rates - especially now that we're 10mo post-fires and so many renewals have hit the books. Thanks for chiming in 🙏
