No offense but you have GOT to get your financial house in order. You’re not young enough to be spending this many years in unstable professions, not contributing to your retirement, with little meaningful savings or assets. I say this as someone obsessed with making sure my retirement and savings accounts are funded appropriately to the pint that I’ll defer pleasurable things to contribute to those two goals. Sorry if this seems harsh, but I know faaaarrrr too many people who have watched the years slip by with little retirement funds and almost not enough time to make it up. Not saying you’re there, but you’re getting close.
