So many of these large companies make broad sweeping changes that have nothing to do with you. They probably got hit with 10,000 roof claims and made the decision to cancel every policy that hasn't had the roof updated within the last 10 years. Doesn't matter if yours is in good condition, they changed the rules and non renew everyone who doesn't conform to their new model. When they make changes like this usually they won't make any exceptions so your local agents aren't lying... Corporate says that's final and maybe we can resconsider in a few years.
