We lived by a College. And the college invited us over for a meeting on a new parking structure. To get our feedback. This was years ago, but what I got from the meeting was, these structures are EXPENSIVE. This was way before 2020, and every parking spot was basically 20k. I just looked it up and now its up to 50k a space for a parking structure.
