Is it true home insurance companies are starting to pulling out of LA because of fire dangers?

Is it true home insurance companies are starting to pulling out of LA because of fire dangers? I'm hearing that parts of east LA / northeast LA / agoura / topanga (some high fire areas) are having trouble getting fire insurance now because risks are too high. Is there a good place to learn more about this phenomenon?
