When does your policy renew? I had an agent tell me that starting this September/October 2024, all home insurance rates are skyrocketing or non-renewing. My Farmers Insurance went from $1500 in 2022, to $2300 in 2023, to $5,000 this year (October 2024), which was unaffordable. I dropped them lol.
