Ok, ask the insurance company how much they accepted on the bills. If it’s lower than $7398 then insist that they cover the full amount. It’s only a soft tissue case with no diagnostic findings, but it’s still worth more than $1700 in pan and suffering. I’d target 15k and really push hard the effects the whole thing had on you.
